Paul has spent the first three chapters celebrating and recounting the wonderful work that God has done in each of our lives. Now in Ephesians 4:2, Paul begins to spell out in detail what that looks like.: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”...not join Jesus in preaching to the nations or going to the worst parts of the world to bring hope and healing...nope. Be humbe, patient, gentle, and bear with each other.

If you think about it, these might require us to die to ourselves even more than the bigger, more radical ways.
